Harrisburg Client Compares Mold Testing Investigation Services
A client wrote the following:
"When I called the Pennsylvania Department of Health several weeks ago asking for help in finding someone to test my home for sick house syndrome, one of the names given to me was May Dooley.
"It is always a pleasure to write a letter of commendation for job extremely well done.
"I called May, and she subsequently advised me on what I could do to start the process of testing. Later she came to our home and did a visual inspection and took many samples on all three levels of our home. After analysis she wrote a very scientific report, keeping the language in layman's terms so that it made perfect sense. She then laid out a plan for correcting the things that needed to be corrected in order for our home to be safe and comfortable.
"May did a thorough, professional, results-oriented job. We are very pleased with all the work that she has performed for us.
"We were in a position to compare her work with another company, which shall remain nameless. They charged more and did far less, leaving us with a written report, which only a microbiologist could interpret. They also gave us no possible solutions about how to remediate a situation that they said was in need of repair.
"Please feel free to use my name as a reference in recommending May Dooley to anyone who is looking for professional help and compassionate guidance with problems of sick house syndrome." -- F.M., Harrisburg, PA
